Our Spare-Parts office, instead, deals with requests from customers around the world, arranging component shipment in the shortest possible time. Our Effer Spare-Parts staff also support retailers and customers in choosing pieces best suited to their needs.
Effer is continually committed to training its worldwide sales-network technical staff, so providing a valuable service to our clients.
As for marine cranes, at the customer’s request, our staff can perform a crane function test at the time of commissioning, checking machine functions together with the client and his technical staff.
Also at the request of the Effer sales network, we offer a technical training service to our partners or end users, both at a basic level, for those not familiar with the product, and at an advanced level, for those who have skills but need personalized training.
Effer also provides specific operator manuals for the customer with all information needed to make the most of its marine cranes.
We are available for our partners for customized field training, both at their headquarters and through ad hoc documentation.
